1. This competition is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over except for employees of wood finishes direct and/or freshlick, their families or any supplier associated with this competition.
2. One entry per person. Enter by visiting www.freshlick.com/win-an-iphone and submitting required information between 1st December 2023 and 31st January 2024.
3. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that the contact details and email address held by the Promoter is valid and correct.
4. One winner will receive an iPhone 15 Pro Max 1TB Black Titanium. Five winners will each receive up to £200 worth of stocked Dulux Heritage Paint. All prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. Winners may not receive more than one prize.
5. No purchase necessary.
6. All values include VAT.
7. The competition winner will be selected at random within 7 working days of the promotion end date, 31st January 2024.
8. Winner of iphone will be notified by email or telephone within 7 days of the draw and prize will be dispatched within 7 days thereafter. Winners of £200 worth of Dulux Heritage will be given 14 days from date of notification to claim prize. Prize to be claimed in one transaction. Any product not included in competition will be chargeable at advertised rate. Any balance beyond £200 prize will be payable by customer before goods are dispatched.
9. Winners to provide valid delivery address within the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland.
10. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current (UK) data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
11. Participants agree to receive marketing communication from the Promoter. Participants can unregister themselves by contacting marketing@freshlick.com
12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or suspend this promotion or any entry at any time with no liability to any participant or third party.
13. All decisions by the Promoter are final in relation to any result, dispute, prize or competition.
